The National Network for the Arts in Health is dedicated to the needs of the Arts in Health field and responding to the needs of its members. The organisation is run with enough flexibility that the benefits to NNAH membership are often tailored to each member.

NNAH Projects Database
The NNAH Projects Database captures information about individual projects in the UK in thirteen different categories including:

• Monitoring and Evaluation
• Motivation and Inspiration
• Relationship to Health
• Partnerships
• Finances

Both the web based Membership Directory and Projects Directory are searchable by every field entered, making it easy to tailor searches to specific needs. Both are often used by researchers and civil servants in preparation of briefs and speeches.

Non-members are able to contribute projects and information to this database, as well as access an overview of all projects submited. The full database and the vast resources it contains, are benefits to membership.

Funding Guide
The National Network for the Arts in Health publishes a Resource Directory, which contains the NNAH Membership Directory, Funding Guide, Projects Database overview, Bibliography and an index of all members by both art form used and geographical location. The funding institutions listed here are for guidance and are a small selection drawn from the Resource Guide.

It contains information about individual artists, grant-making directories, arts in health publications, project reports, research and evaluation reports, conference reports, articles and specialist press, arts and health industry journals and booklets, journals from other national membership organisations, transcripts of speeches, videos, cassettes, and many other important resources.

The answers supplied are fed into a document that can be formatted and used as a consultation document, or the basis for a funding application. The CD Rom also contains a library of comprehensive documents, which offer tips and advice on several key areas. One special feature is the interactive calculator, which automatically totals your income and expenditure, and the project cost per participant.
